PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Keeping your cutting tables operational can be challenging. With our preventive maintenance program, you will have fewer hours of downtime, and you will save as much as 25% off our hourly rates. Our scheduling agents take care of tracking your maintenance schedule. When servicing your equipment, our technician will carry all parts needed to keep your downtime to a minimum. Our technicians can provide the following services on-site: - Internal cleaning and inspection of plasma power supply - Replacement of power supply air and coolant filters when required by PSP plan - Inspection of all plasma cables and testing of the torch head - Machine control inspection and parameter tuning - Machine rail inspection - Inspection and recalibration of machine square - Machine guide bearing and main wheel inspection - Rack and pinion inspection - Drive system inspection and calibration - Grounding system test and inspection - Torch lifter(s) inspection and calibration - Onsite operator training |
